Managing Principal

Amandalyn Bassett, Managing Principal and Owner, is a Senior Professional Human Resources Consultant (SPHR) with more than 23 years of human resources experience, including 16 years in HR leadership roles, interfacing with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness. She has extensive background in employee relations, talent acquisition, employee development, management coaching and optimizing operational environments. Amandalyn’s ability to assess complex situations and identify appropriate solutions, underscores her ability to gain meaningful insight. She is particularly skilled at mitigating risk, training facilitation, recruiting and working with leaders to increase retention and productivity. Amandalyn completed her undergraduate studies at Our Lady of the Lake University with a BA in Business Management.
